01 WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR BOOKING A SESSION? Once you inquire, I’ll send over my availability, package details, and a booking link. Your date is secured with a signed contract and retainer — then the fun begins.
02 IS THERE A REQUIRED RETAINER FEE? There is a 15% retainer fee due at booking. This amount will go towards your total investment.
03 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY GALLERY? Digital photos will be made available on a private online gallery available for download no later than 3 weeks after session.
04 HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE? Rather than limiting your gallery to a strict number, I focus on delivering every image that meaningfully tells your story. 1 hour sessions are guaranteed 40+ images.
05 WHAT IF THE WEATHER DOESN'T COOPERATE? If weather becomes an issue, we’ll reschedule at no additional cost. I always keep backup dates open for this reason.
06 ARE THERE TRAVEL FEES? Sessions within one hour, including Cleveland and Akron are included. Any locations further may result in a travel fee.
